Susanna Jose Celebrant – Providing Unique Ceremonies
I am a Canberra based Commonwealth marriage celebrant specialising in creating unique wedding ceremonies for clients.
With Marriage Equality, I can now perform marriages for same sex couples. As a Civil Celebrant I also create naming, commitment and renewal of vows ceremonies.
I decided to become a marriage celebrant after a career as a teacher and school principal. I still mentor aspiring teacher leaders. I regularly network with other Canberra marriage celebrants. I am a member of two professional associations Celebrants and Celebrations Network (CCN) and Australian Marriage Celebrants Incorporated.
I have a ‘blended family’ of four adult daughters and four lovely grandchildren. I am a regular volunteer dog walker for the RSPCA, play the piano, love gardening, walking and aqua-aerobics.
Being a celebrant helps me shape the milestones – weddings, naming ceremonies, anniversaries and special events – in people’s lives. This is where memories are made, relationships are strengthened and joy is created.
Contact me for an obligation free meeting to discuss what you would like on your wedding day day or special occasion. I am happy to work in Canberra, ACT and surrounding NSW.
I’ve recently published a comprehensive ‘how to’ book, Marry Me! a guide for couples planning their marriage ceremony. Check out the book page on this web site for further details.
